Instead, we focus on only one—the best—caviar so we can maximize the discount we receive purchasing in bulk and pass the savings onto you. Our goal in creating Hey Caviar was to make high quality caviar accessible to all, so we’ve made the conscious decision to focus on volume, not a niche.

Truly great caviar does not taste fishy. It has nutty, buttery notes that make us crave it just writing this. Only sub-par caviar or caviar that’s past its prime tastes and smells fishy.

If it smells fishy or has a slimy texture, it probably is not fresh and should not be consumed. If this is ever the case, we will send you a replacement immediately, no questions asked.
